Company History
Founded in 1997, Signature Stucco Concepts is located in Elk River, MN. Co-owners, Steve Caouette (President) and Scott Swanson (Executive VP) previously worked together for many years prior to establishing Signature Stucco Concepts. Steve and Scott have over 60 years combined experience in the industry. Unlike most fellow associates, both men began as first generation plasterers. Signature Stucco currently has approximately 23 employees. The company has successfully grown into a well-respected leader in the industry, serving the Twin Cities metro area and the upper Midwest.
